I have loaded Joomla to my vip webspace, but have a problem loading modules, extensions etc and think it's something to do with the settings in Help > System info > PHP settings. Under Open basedir the path is...
Open basedir: /home/sites/vipxxxxxxx/httpd/:/home/sites
/vipxxxxxxx/tmp/:/srv/www/htdocs/userscripts/
This doesn't look right, does anybody know what it should be?
When I try to load a module for instance, I get this error message:
* JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths
* Warning! Failed to move file.
I've tried enabling/disabling FTP, but get another error for bad response.

How do you remove part of the path? Where do I see the FTP error? Thanks
Your scripts should be restricted to /home/sites/vipxxxxxxx/httpd/. Try removing the other paths. What's the full error FTP support gives?
