whats 'Non Parity' RAM? is this just normal RAM or is it not as good for games and graphics?

Basicallty, parity RAM will detect and report errors, and non-parity wont. It's really not worth the extra money for a normal desktop, non-parity will do you fine...only look at parity if you worry an excessive amount or run a server.
