No, if I was talking about fifa and Pro evo 3 it would go:
Online - amazing (fifa obviously)
Offline - realistic, too slow and boring.

Online - amazing (fifa obviously)
Offline - realistic, too slow and boring.
Ummm.. those are seperate games. Here he is talking about two modes in the same game.
