.. got 82% in Play.

The main problem being it's just more of the same, which we all knew anyway.
Jak wins!

Play has went down the pan, I think. Used to be excellent, but has just deteoriated over time.

More of the same? Yes, we knew that, as you say. And good job too, I say!

Jak 2 is a massive improvement over the original, but R&C is still better. More weapons for a start - and more ORIGINAL weapons, too.

There was a lot more to be improved upon for the Jak series, so it's obvious that improvements would be more noticable.

Jak 2 is a FANTASTIC game - don't get me wrong - I'm nearly finished, and I've loved EVERY SINGLE MINUTE of it. But I still think the original Ratchet & Clank was better, and therefore I think R&C2 will also be better than Jak 2.

That said, Daxter is a FAR better sidekick than Clank... Clank is more useful, but Daxter is just SSSOOOOOOOO damn funny!

I know that Naughty Dog (Jak & Daxter) and Insomniac (Ratchet & CLank) have a code-sharing agreement, which is why there are so many similarities between the games...

...so who else thinks that a "Ratchet & Daxter" game would be cool...?

Testify!
Just a few more issues 'til my subscription runs out, then I'm changing to PSM2 - it's done by the same people who did Power back in the day, and that rocked (and the same people who do NGC)

Too right. Suck cannon, Glove of Doom. Genius.

I couldn't comment on Jak II (ain't got it) but for the originals (I have both) R&C win hands down

Indeed. Probably the first time a 'hilarious sidekick' actually lived upto the name

Yar - R&C used the original J&D engine. And R&C2 uses it too, which was another critism - that engine IS 2 years old already.

*Running out of words to use in agreement*
Uh-HUH.

Actually ... doesn't Ratchet look a little like a bigger, pastel-shaded Daxter?
