The one that stood out the most was Final Fantasy 10, mostly because its the most beautiful game I`ve ever seen! It looked absolutely incredible. Even the in battle sequences were superb!
Anyway, one of the things that made me really excited was the possibility of Red XIII or Nanaki making a return. He was in Final Fantasy 7, and he seems to be in 10. Initially he is fighting against Tidus, but he soon joins them. He is much greyer, and also shakes, but he must be really old, so thats to be expected.
Well, my point is, I really hope that`s Nanaki, as he was my favourite character in Final Fantasy 7.

It certainly was impressive, especially that bit with Yuna walking on water, and summoning whatever those coffin style things were.
However, I thought the acting on the boat was a little cheesy, and lacked the immense action that could have been added. Still it was adequate, and the rest of the demo was flawless.

Out of interest, what DVD hardware/software are you

Erm... I don`t know for sure... It says DVD ROM on the front :-) I`ll have to find out tomorrow. My Dad`s away for a week, so it may take some time to check, though my brother may know. Sorry I can`t help more.
All I know is its a fairly new PC. Pentium 3, about 1 year. (ish) I think. DVD player came with it, package from Dell.

I recognise the words DVD and Win in that sentence, but thats it, sorry. :-(

> Mate, what do you play your PSM2 DVD's on?
So far I think just my PS2. I haven`t tried my Dad`s PC yet, but will do tomorrow just to check for you.

That is strange! I know my PSW disc worked on this PC, and one of the earlier PSM2 demos, as I didn`t have my PS2 at home at the time (it was at uni, and I was at home)
>The menu just plays for a second, then starts again - I can't select anything, so I've missed out on loads of stuff, particularly on the last 2 discs since they changed their menu system.
Hang on, I`ll just get a DVD now.

I`m in the process of trying a disc now, hold on...
Right, I just tried PSM2 disc 9 which was with PSM2 issue 13 I think.
The picture works fine, but so far no sound.
I`ll go and get another one... Hang on....
I`m now putting in the previous demo...
It works as well, and now I`ve realised that the only reason there was no sound was that the sound was muted down the bottow right :-)
So, it seems to work fine on this PC. DVD pictures and sounds all intact, so as a result, I have no idea how to solve your problem, other than get some of those 3-D glasse to try and counteract that nasty green ;-)

Sorry, that should be PC, not PS! PSM2's discs work fine on my PS2, but are in glorious green.
