If I wish to make a complaint or report someone, giving background details and such, where exactly do I do it?
Do I e-mail you (I would prefer this option), or post it in a thread in here.
I've no complaints about this company, site or just in general, but just with one of the "JA" users, who is looking for trouble.
I've quoted several of the chat rules at him, and pressed the report button, but I wuld like to give details of other trolling exercises occuring between them and some other users.
Any help will be very appreciated.

Hi Hippy,
The best thing that you can do, is to click on the 'Alert A Staff Moderator' link, this will then notify us, and you can give us as much detail as you should so wish. We can then take further action for you.
