Nokia 3310s a sweet little phone, you should be able to pick one up on pay as you talk for about £100, or on contract for free. Your better off going for a contract they work out much cheaper.

Not really, my mum and I both got 8210s, mine on pay as you go and hers on contract. For the actual phone, it worked out cheaper to have pay as you go, because contract locks you in to 12 months line rental. The price of the calls is slightly reduced, but depending how much you use it, pay as you go can end up costing about the same, and you don't have to worry about large bills (£477 for one of mine =/) at the end of the quarter.

I like the ones with the little elephants on them, and the giraffes that swirl around them as they hang above your crib.

i don't have a clue about mobiles, but just get one that ends in 10!
