I am after a webhosting package where I can host multiple domains and allocate them there own space on the hosting. Who would people suggest for such a thing?

Well there is as it would cost me between £3 and £4 a month per website I host, therefore it would get very expensive very quickly.

No reason why you cannot do that using your MyFreeola account and point each domain to its own sr webspace.
