It's being sold with Freeloader... so it must be supported.
As for the language barrier, it isn't actually a problem. I got a Jap GBA versions and had no problems, there's little writing in at all.

That is a truly excellent price. But as I said on MSN, the game is crazy enough without the language barrier being a factor too.
