the same old question, which graphics card to upgrade to. I want one which is great for games and also good for DVD playback. I've got my eye on the ATI Radeon 64MB (£150). It looks pretty sweet for games and has the best DVD Hardware playback according to ATI.
But now theres the Kyro 2 (around £100) a friend pointed out. I looked at the specs for the Kyro 2 but couldnt see anything about DVD Hardware. Anyone know how good it is at DVD playback and games compared to the ATI Radeon?
Also is a 64MB graphics card worth it or is 32MB plenty as I've heard 64MB is only worth it if you have a top of the range monitor?

cheers

I personaly can not see the point of spending £150+ on a graphics card but from from reviews that I have read the ATI seems to be a good allround performer and ATI has always had a good reputation for DVD playback. (look out for the new cards). On the other hand I haven't herd much about the Kyro cards (especial regarding DVD) but what I have read has sugested them being the best none GeForce 3 graphics card.
