If you publish your file in flash then it will generate a HTML page under the same name in the same directory. You then copy all of this code within and including the object tags into the right place on your document.
Don't forget that some people do not have Flash, so in your options for HTML choose Flash* with image, and a GIF will be exported too, so that it will be displayed if the user doesnt have flash. The GIFexported will be an image of the first frame ofyour movie, so you might have to make a new one.
