I think it might be worth leaving your note (see below) that appears if a user selects 'Freeola Services and Support' visible all the time.
Getting the user to specify the related service was introduced after it was suggested by me some time ago - but it often seems to get missed. It might need a 'selection' box type thing rather than the current note?
Also highlighting: VIP Web Hosting or InstantPro may help to get it noticed?

As I said the 'note' appears after I select 'Freeola Services etc.' - which service could be defined in a select/checkbox/radiobutton type offering...
But as I was trying to say - just displaying your current 'note' to all posters in the 'techie' forum (i.e. both sub-forums) and highlighting the two services would help...
