well you should use it as often as you can, it is a brilliant feature.
It's good when it works well.
I've not actually had the chance to properly use it in FIFA as I've only played two matches and both times didn't really know the controls for things like this that well.
But I know it's good when it works because PES has been doing it for years. :-D
