Yeah, I know. Personally, I don't see the point - there's nothing more satisfying than gloating smugly as you've pipped your mate at the finish line through the sneaky use of a red shell. Laughing at the abject misery in his face makes the whole experience worth it!
Get some mates 'round tommorow night who can bring their own controllers, and a load of drink - play Mario Kart the way it SHOULD be!!
