These days the only way watch better telly is to get digital, I've been at home for the summer holidays and since I dont have digital tv I had to stay with the normal 5 channels and damn almost all the programs are repeats.

Here are some of the programmes that ive noticed that are being repeated alot.

In BBC2 from the whole of this year (maybe even longer) they have been airing repeat episodes of the Simpsons some were even first aired in 1995 and there are many more which are much older, but I'm sure if you have digital, one of those channels bring you the new series.

On ITV1 there are less footy matches than ITVsport i think the ratio is 1:3.

Channel 4 is another one, ever since E4 came up fans of friends, ally mcbeal, da ali g show and the sopranoes who dont have digital have to wait until the series of these programmes get finished on E4 until then they keep on airing the repeats like friends. Today at 6 there was another old episode of friends and also the one that comes every friday is the one that was in E4.

They also have brought a double bill of Futureama which they say they are the new episodes well last week if you watched it you would have noticed that the first episode was a repeat but the second one was a new one (they should just bring one new episode instead).

On channel 5 they now air Martial Law every Friday at 8 and they keep on advertising during the week and then what you get on Friday at eight another repeat episode which you must have seen a long time ago. Oh yeah and have any of you gotten sick of that Ocean Finance ad that comes every day during the day.

Maybe these guys are trying to tell people something which is 'to get digital tv' like have you noticed how BBC 1 and 2 will keep on advertising about programmes on BBC choice. So do all the other channels like ITV and channel 4 who keep on advertising about their new stations on digital tv.
