"The New Look!"

i know games are getting better and more updated but why does that mean that the character needs to be given a new look? answer. it doesn't.

NINTENDO:

yet ninty have just given link a new look. they have made him younger (but maybe that is coz the gc will be for young kids) but why not just keep him the same. it would appeal more to older gamers and make them want to buy the gc more.

Conker.

i have also heard rumors that ninty are also meant to be making conker less drunk and sweary in his gc game that is due to arrive in japan at just after the launch here but not yet confirmed. "still the occasional swearing and beer swilling but just not as much they say." but why. that was another of those nintendo going for the younger kids scheme again.

Fox McCloud.

another nintendo thing here. has anyone seen the new look of fox mccloud in starfox adventure for gc. it features him on the ground for once and with a new feirce look to him. now this has gone the opposite way from the other nintendo things. this may be trying to appeal to older gamers instead of making younger looking games. one good thing done then but the game still features slippy toad. (no!!!!!) and all the other star fox crew but i don't know if andross will be involved.

SONY:

Smack Down 3.

Now this change is for sure a good one. all the wrestlers of wwf have been updated and look better but the main changes will involve the arenas (hopefully the new smack down one) and the new matches that have been added in the game. some of which are TLC with a lot more stuff involved. the new 3 ways of hell match with 3 cells piled on top of each other. the career match has been changed dramatically allowing u to wander around backstage when you are not in a match and talk or attack different people. and some stars from other federations like WCW or ECW may be involved. that is yet be announced. so this games updating really is a plus sign for wwf freaks.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3.

i can't really say much about this because not much info is out about this but i know that the camera angle looks a lot different from the other 2 versions ( sort of like the GBA one ) of the game and of course the graphics are much better. i am getting the game and i think it will do well in the market.

MICROSOFT:

Now here i am not focusing on any specific title but microsoft have announced that a lot of games will be changed from the pc versions. ( these are meant to be quite good games ) and will maybe be mucked up by the so called change.

now to anyone who read all of that ( as it was quite long ) you probably found it quite boring but if you did

i have just noticed another new look. the GAD and FAD. they have both just recieved new looks and i think that the main screen looks great. it makes me want to have my name on it. and it is also good that 2 games and a film r being given away now.

i have just read that and realised that it isn't that long. it just feels long when writing.
