Using HTML/Frontpage I'm having loads of trouble with forms,
I cannot get the confirmation page to load and I can't get email results.

I don't think SR would accept FPE if you held a shotgun to Tony's head and threatened to redecorate the building with his brains, and quite rightly too.

Which host you using? Frontpage needs Frontpage extensions. Freeola still believe these aren't safe so don't support them.
