I have the GTA3 and vice city double pack, and don't look forward to it, it's rather crappy.
if I live in Canada does that count for the American version?

Time to stop moaning about GTA being delayed until 2004 because if you check out www.amazon.uk, there selling it on the 19th December 2003.
I'm not sure if they are selling the American version but CHECK IT OUT and if you find out which version (US or UK) they are selling, please post in the answer on this forum.
