Shoot the wires with your sniper rifle on Max Payne, I can't remember what the 2nd level of Hitman was though.

To get to the second wire walk out onto where the first wire was attatched from there you should be able to aim at the second wire and break it (do it with the sniper rifle/gun with the most zoom) if you still have ammo.
On the second level of Hitman 2 just pay attention to the description of the general then walk in and kill him remembering the description, on the easiest setting it really IS that easy.
