Um I've stopped getting them. I thought maybe that you had decided not to do it anymore but a friends inbox showed otherwise.

The last issue I got was the one with User Profile 14. I usually like to read the bits about the people on the chat forums.

Is there any reason why I have stopped getting this? And can I sort it out easily?

It is affecting freeserve? As I have an old account with them and don't get it from them either - yet i still get the freeola one.

now I've signed up with my claranet account so instead of 2 every month I'm going to get 3! yeh! :)

So what were the user profiles 15-latest I want to see!!

This is to do with a problem with hotmail. When we send the upwire it connects to all the mail servers and delivers the message. The problem is that the connections to AOL and Hotmail go so slow that they do not finish sending by the time we need to send the next upwire! I am looking into a fix and hopefully you should start to recieve it again soon.

Hmm, we'll try and sort this out for you. It shouldn't be happening. I'll direct this post to the man in charge.

SR stopped sending the upwire emails to me about 2 months ago.
I dont know why though.
