I'm sure I've seen them on the UK Whsmiths website, try there and from what I remember SR also have them and quite a nice deal.
Our local Toys R Us store still has stock, so you could try your local store too. Failing that, I'm sure somebody on e-bay would gladly sell you one!

The green Xbox is the ugliest thing ever: fact. I'll guess eBay and independent retailers are you best place to look.

If you live anywhere near Norwich there was a green one for £80 in the window of Ca$h converters.
