At 'The Nintendo Show' in London today Nintendo made an announcement regarding the European luanch.

The announcement was something like this:

"We will announce the launch date after the Japanese and American launch dates."

Seems to me they're waiting to here concrete details from Microsoft regarding the Xbox launch.

If you think about it, both Nintendo AND Micosoft suffered problems. But both put the delay on the second market.

The November 3 week delay in the USA was Nintendo's delay.
Microsoft did a five months one for the Japanese.

After their US releases, Microsoft will still have a Japanese launch to accomplish before they concentrate on the UK while Nintendo will just have our contry to concentrate on.

I think that this means that we will see the Gamecube a good while before we see the Xbox.

Well I think that the GC will come out after the X-box because the GC is not going to make it for November 5th in the States and I think that when it is released it will sell well and there will be a stock shortage. So rather than lose customers in the States and Japan they will concentrate on making units for those countries first. Microsoft on the other hand are going to make November 8th and I do not see the X-box selling out as fast as the GC. And then that leaves more units for Europe.

The games industry don't seem to care that many of the industries top games came from this country.

Donkey Kong Country, Tomb Raider, MSR, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark...

They just don't care...

Mine neither. It's really annoying isn't it?

I want to keep the £ my self.

Also i think nintendo regards us as third grade (which measn were not as important as the USA and Japan). even if we are the 3rd largest gaming country in the world. Nintendo will properly have some good news... or just its coming out in march which everybody is expecting

If only we were several years ahead of the present time. Then we would have no need for it.

What's that supposed to mean?

If you mean on import then it's probably more like over 1000 pounds.

If you talking about the proper release then it's more like 300 pounds for that lot.
