In short they are running a competition where you must come up with an idea for an eye toy game. Download a template for the design and fill it in and send it to them. Easy.
Winner recieves Sony DAVS550 home cinema kit, a Sony KLV23HR2 23" widescreen LCD TV, a copy of EyeToy: Play (including camera) and a copy of EyeToy: Groove. Also ten lucky runners up will each receive a copy of EyeToy: Groove.
The winners idea will also be created and prototyped for the next eye toy game due out at the end of next year so you'll get the chance to go see it being developed.
