I'm assuming you mean GT5 Prologue. That F430 challenge is difficult. Concentrate on driving smooth and using cars to help you round corners at speed. Try to go as fast as possible through the S bend near the end of the lap (so practice that) and I believe you can use the pitlane as a slight shortcut at the end of the lap.
Practice is the key though. If you are looking for 1st place, it is tricky but getting a completion is enough for most people.
