Tiscali are very bad indeed, do not go with them at all. Look on http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/ (space) postlist.php?Cat=&Board=tiscali and you will see how bad they are.

Yes it will. The only ISP that any of us know of that doesn't work with Live is AOL broadband.
