Can you tell me what the difference is between the ISS that is out now and the Pro Evolution Soccer that will be coming out...
i saw Winning Eleven 5 whilst i was in hong kong and it seemed quite good....let's hope PES is a good conversion...
oh yeah why did they have to change the name?

My Ps2 is not chipped, i aint getting it chipped either, its my mates that is and he was getting it but at the last minute he changed his mind. Hes a fool!

just out of curiosity how can your ps2 play import games?? is it chipped

Anyway what he said was correct, it was a different team that made the ISS we have already got on PS2 which was a load of....... well not any good anyway. The team behind the Evolution 1 & 2 on PS1 are making the Pro Evo Soccer game so you know its going to be good!! All previews i have seen all say it is too. Oh and hopefully my mate is getting an import version so i may get an early go!!!

The main difference is that another team in Japan put together the latest PS2 ISS game. They were the ones who programmed the Nintendo version of the game. Thats why it plays nothing like the PSone game we know so well, its much more of an arcade game than a simulation.

The team behind winning eleven are the guys who put together ISS pro for the PSone, so thats why it looks so much better, and plays better. They are adding a few tweeks for the Western version, which will include the proper European player names, with the FIFPro licence that they have acquired, and also some different skills too.

I'm sure it will be the best footy game for the PS2, it may not sell as many as FIFA2002, but then thats not a footy game, as many gamers know!
