Last week, I saw a film called Cube. It rocked my world. It was possibly the most original, most thrilling sci-fi flick I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. It's about 6 strangers who awake to find themselves trapped in a strange cube. On all four walls, plus the floor and ceiling, are small doors which lead to other, seemingly identical cubes. Some cubes contain nasty traps, some don't. The strangers must find a way out of the cube, even though they don't know each other or why they are there.

Seriously, this is the best sci-fi film I've seen in ages, and we sell it for only £14,99 so it's well worth a pop. It's one of the only films I've actually sat down and watched, been amazed and then watched it again, straight afterwards, that's the effect it had on me. Please, don't miss out on a milestone sci-fi film, I urge you to see it while we still stock it.

Thanks for reading, Ali.

I thought it was ok.
Saw Requiem at The Curzon and it left me stunned, got it on US DVD a few months ago and stuck a post in here somewhere.

Amazing, stunning film

Requiem For A Dream

Now available on UK DVD.
A stunning, brutal, heartbreaking, emotional trawl through the idea of addiction, hope, love and losing everything.

Quite simply one of the most provocative and stunning films I have seen in the past 10 years.

I taped it a few weeks ago, and started watching it last night... and fell asleep!

Not because it's boring, but because it was late. It seems like it's going to be pretty good though.

If you've got Sky. Go to the A-Z listings bit and look it up in the Movies section. I don't know when they're showing 13th floor next but it is a truly inspired Sci-fi film. Well worth seeing. I repeated my trick of only watching the last hour of it, so I still have the first bit to see...

Has Mr.Snuggly, or anyone else, seen the Thirteeneth Floor? It's a really good Sci-fi film that actually makes you think. Especially with virtual reality advancing all the time.....

I won't give away any of the plot, but it's knocking around on Sky Premier at the moment so if you catch it, sit down and watch, it's even better than the cube.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
I am delighted.
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do. I am delighted.
