...But you've all forgotten about me :(
Too busy enjoying the peace and quiet, well you're not because I have spent about an hour skimmin' through the posts :|

I was gonna post pictures, but not any more X^Þ I'll put the best on MySpace :D

And I was gonna tell y'all how much I missed you but... Ok, I can't hide it :)

I've also decided to be less lazy and try for more GADs ^-^

Oh, this wasposted as a thread because I didn't know where to post this without interrupting(sp) a convo =|

Now tell me you've missed me or I shall use my "powers" to kill you :P

Their English was really good, practically perfect, well the shopkeepers' and the street traders' English was good anyway but I suppose they get a lot of English tourists in their areas.

As for what I learned: yes, no, thank you, how much, land captain. I've got so used to saying thank you in Russian I've been saying it to people here by mistake. :-P

Oh good, I'll be posting my Singapore review soon, you should definitely do one on Russia.

A school trip huh? Oh maybe you're learning Russian ;) mines terrible but I do have a Russian phrase book, did you learn any Russian while you were there? I wonder how their English is.

I had plenty of layers so it was fine, although on the first night there was like a blizzard going on and the temperatures were -22 and we could all feel it despite the layers. When we got back in England we all baked. :-P

Went with my school, for history but it wasn't all work related, plenty of time to relax and do other things. :)

And yeah, when I get my photos I'll probably write a lil something.

Aww I'm really jealous =(

Must have been really cold there. Why did you go? Just for a holiday?

I think it would be quite an experience. Would love to write up about it on my site when I get a chance to go.

Haven't got any pics yet, sent them off on Saturday (got back on Friday) and they should come back on CD. I have to admit I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I did but it's really, really nice. The people were really friendly, maybe sometimes intimidating but still, and the places where we went, Moscow and St Petersburg (we got an overnight train between the cities lasting 8 hours, surprisingly easy to sleep on it too), were beautiful. :)
