It sounds a bit confusing.
You say you can not connect. Are you referring to your webspace (to upload via FTP) rather than your online control panel (your account on our website in effect)?
As Dragonlance states you seem to be logged in to post, although it could be another account etc.
Confirm with me the above details and I'll see what we can do for you.

I may be stating the obvious, but if you have got this far and posted on the forum, then you must have logged in correctly..... therefore you should be able to access your control panel:-)

Is it your login details (email/password) that are stopping you or are you receiving an error?
NB. Nothing gets missed here but the Freeola Services forum is the best place for these types of queries.
