That's not cheating - has happened to me before.
It's when there's a communication error between some Xboxs.
There's been a number of times where I can't hear a particular person, they're not moving on the map, and they're somehow tagging me. The same thing is happening to them as I tag them by driving into their still vehicle.
I often use it to my advantage.

That doesn't necessarily mean they were cheating. Sometimes on MM3, when the connection is poor, one player will appear to be stationary when you look at them through your Xbox connection, and vice versa. Edgy will back this up, as many a time we've been in a game and two people have been able to simply tag each other almost instantly (as you're given a shield preventing you from being tagged for a few seconds) even if they're actually on the other side of the map.
How sad. Bad enough playing the game, let alone being sad enough to want to cheat at it. It's more of a chat room with cars, it's hardly a gripping game.
And they always stay in one place, not moving...
No, it isn't like other Action Replays - no codes involved at all, just modified 'power saves'.
If you do choose to get one, ONLY use it for your offline games, otherwise I shall make sure Microsoft know of your cheating online.
it's just something you plug in the back and type codes in and that.
