Well, I got Counter Strike and Metal Arms this weekend (Can't play CS on Live as I don't have it yet - just bought the games in anticipation).
Played them on a friend's machine and in CS I noticed some of the levels had sections blocked off i.e. CS Italy. Half of the routes in that map have been blocked out and you have to practically taek the one path to get to the hostages - which IMO doesn't make for a very tactical experience.
Is this the same on Live itself? I only played the single player (which officially sucks as the bots are pure retards) so don't know.
If so, I might as well give it back as Steam is doing the job perfectly at the moment!

Metal Arms is amazing when you start to get a little further into the game. One of my favourite's from this year, especially when you get to control vehicles and other robots.

The 1 player mode is meant to be utter balls anyways, so Multiplayer should pwn it...
