Games are always evolving. Better graphics, faster running speeds, etc. But is this all good? I look at the PSX for example, and see a console swarmed with innumerable terrible games, all so very similar, and all released to make a quick buck. Go back a few years. The Spectrum, for example. So much variety in the games that isn't seen anymore. What happened? Games got bigger, more expensive. No longer was just an idea needed, but financcial backing too. Too many games released now are all the same racers and beat em ups. So what happens next? The games industry gets even bigger, companies have to be even more careful, and even less risks are taken with the games? What can you really see on the horizon of gaming but "the ultimate fighting game" or the "ultimate racing game" ?
We need to be able to look foward to a new genre of games, not the ultimate incarnations of the existing ones.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
