Don't think so. It works by fooling the Xbox into thinking you are using a link cable, therefore you wouldn't need voice comms.

I'd try it but it has no voice communication, does it?
My experience of it was crap. It was very laggy, don't know if that was because I'm using ICS at the mo but I'm staying away. If you want to play Halo online, get the PC version, but that's crap too.
