Am I doing something wrong? I can't save to my PS 2 memory card whenever I play a PS 1 game. As an example, I plugged my PS 2 memory card into the 1st slot and played Hogs Of War - tried to save, it said it could not find a memory card.
It did the same when I put the memory card in Port 2 as well, and in the end I had to use an old PS 1 memory card.
What am I doing wrong?

The PSone and PStwo memory cards are very different and you can't save
PSone memory block saves onto a PS2 card
PS2 memory saves onto a PSone card
You have to use your PSone memory card for your PSone games and your PS2 memory card for your PS2 games, although if you have psone saves on your PS1 card you can STORE them on your PS2 card by copying them.
