How do I find out what extras a DVD has?

I want to get Goodfellas, but I don't know if it has any extra bits.

Anyone know?

Thanks.

www.blackstar.co.uk is pretty good.

As for Goodfellas, all it has is a trailer. It's a flipper too which means you have to turn the disc over halfway through so it's really not worth getting. I bought it for my brother for his birthday a few months ago and now I wish I hadn't. I should have gotten him Blade instead. It was the same price.

In fact, I did buy it for myself about a year ago but the 50 minute documentary didn't work so I took it back. I tried several different discs and none of them worked. Does the documentary work on anyone elses DVD player? It might just be my player.

:)

Amazon are good for listing features/spec/ratios etc of DVDs.

But they charge a lot and delivery sucks, so I never use them.
Despite the lack of extras info here, it's pretty reasonable and quick.

NOT an ad for the site mentioned, just a good place to obtain details of disks.

what, you mean suggest rivals to SR on this forum? hoooo, Tony would have my hyde for that!

even suggesting somewhere like that place with the name similar to roadsoffline would be bad.

And remember: ALWAYS BUY DVDS FROM SR (Unless, of course, they haven't got the one you're after...)

I did look at the SR site actually, and it was a bit poo.

I don't know where to look, I won FAD but I don't have a DVD player (at the moment - I will get one), so I don't know all the sites to go to for info.

Can you suggest any?

Why not look at a DVD site on the internet? Most have full details of DVDs, it's something SR could improve on actually...
