Capcom are bringing the bravo team mission of resident evil onto the gamecube called REzero and in case you hadn't noticed it isn't on the PS2 games list and won't be for a little while so the only way i can play this game is by getting a gamecube D'oh.

So without dissing the very mysterious PS2 can you tell me what exactly this has to offer, I'm into horror games and the more gothic genre of games like devil may cry, res evil, silent hill, alone in the dark but I do like the other games like Jak and Daxter, parrapa the rapper(hehe),red faction and of course Metal Gear Solid 2.

oh I know about Perfect dark zero which i have to say looks pretty nice.

got any games you'd think I'd like??
cheers

Certainly look at Eternal Darkness Resi, and keep an eye out for a game called Too Human, also from Silicon Knights, that might appeal to you too.

Also konami are bringing 'The Thing' to the 'CUBE, based on John Carpenters horror flick.

I wouldn't be surprised if the PS2 version is slightly better for 3 reasons there's more space on the DVD, The emotion engine working on the character's (WOW) and perhaps the most simple thing is that the gamecube version will be a conversion of the PS2 original.

Still gona be good though, wonder if they're fixed the sky falling in, flickering board and may have added new banging sound tracks.

It'll be interesting to see an honest review of SSX Tricky on Gamecube vs. the PS2 version .....

Any bets on a winner ?

Bah, Resi led me on a wild goose chase.
I looked all over videogames.com but no sign of After Dark/Perfect Dark Zero screenshots.

As for games to recommend:

There's Zelda (If you like RPG's), Metroid Prime, Eternal Darkness (survival horror - right up your street!), Kameo (last time I recommended it, you said you were looking forward to the PS2 version - it's actually made by Rare :-D) and Pikin looks like great fun.

If you have brothers/gaming friends to play against then Smash Brothers Melee and Donkey Kong Racing are essential.

That should last you until you've tried out some demos or friends games :-)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
