You'll never guess what happened yesterday!

I decided to buy myself XIII with my xmas vouchers. As you do. So i nipped into town and visited a certain games retailer that we all know and love. I found it on the shelves but it had a sticker on it which said "£19.99 when bought with any other item"

Now i was confused by this so i asked twice what this meant. And yes, it meant exaclty what it said on the tin. I could buy a magazine for £3 and get £20 knocked off the price of XIII!

so i decided to get metroid aswell, bringing the total to £40, esentially getting one game free!

I was pleased that day i can tell you! Anyone else had a bargain like this?

You're damn right about that. I thought NFS:U was pretty good before I got PGR2 last week. When I played NFS:U and then PGR2 in succesion last night, you can see that NFS:U's handling is off, and the style system is a little feeble in comparison to Kudos. NFS:U isn't bad or anything, it's just PGR2 came along and bettered it. (Although the Car Customisation in NFS:U is cool, as is the music)

I got NFS: Underground for £20 Last week from GAME.

Wish I hadn't now, it really does pale in comparison to PGR2

But it did enable me to get Rainbow Six 3 for £20

BARGAINACIOUS!
