Lo all,

Is anyone else have a broadband connection problem?

My problem is:

While i'm surfing Internet Explorer says...
'cannot display the webpage - Diagnose Connection Problem'

or

webpages take far to long to load with some gfx not loading at all.

When i recieve the 'cannot display the webpage' i have to refresh the page 3-4 times before it displays and on a few occassions its a few minutes before any webpage displays.

Can anyone help me sort this slow & lose of connection prob?

Many thx in advance.

I have checked the profile you are suing to post and it doesn't contain a BB account. As I will be going home (5 mintues ago) I won't be able to investigate at the moment but please put a ticket on using this.

Someone will get back to it first thing.

hiya Warhunt, thx for the reply.

I have a Freeola BB Connection and have for several yrs now.

As far as i'm aware this is the only account i have.

Here's the speedtest results....

Download speedachieved during the test was - 5531 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8128 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 7150 Kbps

Hope this helps,

Thx again

Actually....

It appears you are not with Freeola broadband, or at least do not have this account linked to a Freeola Broadband/Dial-Up account.

If you are wish Freeola please let me know.

If you are not, then I would sugegst to do that BT speedtest anyway, and then go to your provider with the results.

Best thing to do is send in a support ticket, or give us a call. I'll check the line now, and see what I can see.

In the meantime however it would be incredibly helpful if you could do a BT speedtest from here for us.

This will show some more results that we will require.
