"Help Needed With Outlook Express Sending And Recieving E-mail"

I suddenly have just been unable to send and recieve e-mail and was wondering whether anyone could have any possible answers or help or knows anyone/anywhere i can go for help.

When connecting to outlook express the normale connecting procedure occurs but it says that there is no host and that i cant recieve any e-mail, the following error occurs:-

The host 'pop3.sniffout.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop3.sniffout.com', Server: 'pop3.sniffout.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I have an internet account with Sniffout for about four months and this problem occured today, can someone please help me?

Check the website to make sure they haven't changed their POP/SMTP servers. Also, they may have started requiring you to connect to their dialup if you're not.

Best to contact them about it, but sometimes Mail Servers can go down, or maybe they are updating, so it may work in a little while, leave it for an hour or so, and try again, if it doesn't work, contact them.
