I have an idea for a game: run a Cruise Liner.
Here is a brief description of my idea.

It’s a sim game a lot like airline tycoon, the player is pitted as the CEO of a fledgling cruise ship company. Their goal is to build the company from a small charter company into a world-renowned company (i.e. Princess, Royal Caribbean, Carnival).
The player would have the ability to walk around there ship (inside & outside) and dock yard. They would be responsible for buying new or used ships (go to ship builder), repairing boat (dry-dock), restocking the ship (s) (market), and most importantly researching and picking there ships destinations (travel agent). If the player accomplished there goals, they would be awarded the ultimate cruise ship rating 5 ***** stars.

Places where player could visit.

Places off the ship
a. CEO’s office- ability to track competitors and the companies boat
b. Bank- pays bill’s, issues dividends, takes out & pays back loans, buys & sells shares.
c. Dry Dock- repairs boats and add upgrades (new navigation equipment and propulsion)
d. Ship builder- sells both new and used ships. (As time passes, the ship builder provides more options, according to the player’s budget.)
e. In house research office (technology)- researches the newest boat types, upgrades, propulsion, and safety measures.
f. In house research office (trends & food)- researches new foods, does market research regarding the latest and most popular trends, and researches ways to make the company more efficient & economical
g. Marketing office- markets the players company.
h. Travel Agent- helps plot the players ships itinerary
i. Market- stocks and restocks ship.

Places on the ship
j. Bridge- helps captain plot places to stop & pass by (scenic places, landmarks, etc.)
k. Cruise Director office- plan the events of the cruise (excursions, shows, onboard activities)
l. Engine Room- talk to engineers about condition of ship (if there were any problems, they could tell how much it would cost to fix it.)

I think this would be quite a good game, what do you think?
