OK, I'm currently doing some work for a company that produce TV Programmes and Videos. The owner gave me the promotional CD and asked if I could put some stills off there onto the website. It's an mpeg file and I've tried both Realplayer and Windows Media Player, and neither will let me save stills from the film. What do I need to do this??

If you have a graphics prog such as paint shop pro with the animation suite you can load mpegs into that and it splits them frame by frame.

Whether any other progs do that I don't know.

Nope, it just snaps a black screen.

Sorry if this sounds stupid but cant you just play the video and press "print screen" now and again.....
