Yes sadly this is just Soooo true, people assume "it's only" another 2 pages or "only a small upgrade", not realising I have to redo all 12 existing pages to accomodate these 'Small changes'.
I recently had such a request who was 'very very difficult' to pacify, I gave her the price and it's "ohh much more than I thought for 2 pages more". She then retorted "well .... said he would do it", I then promptly walked through that door she opened. Go ahead let him, I hope you get what you are looking for (obviously for free).
Suffice to say he has added 6 new unoptimised 300k+ jpgs at 384 x 150px!! res. To what is already an awful website the content and text of which has been copy and pasted from a very good one I was asked to look at for asthetic purposes !!!!.
We are under rated. Revolution anyone..............
