A new Japanese version of winning eleven 7 is being released at the end of February with all the real player names, updated transfers and also multilingual support. So thats full english, german, french, spanish as well as Japanses language built in.
Probably wont be released over here but if anyone has a chipped PS2 then this could be right up your tree.
Don't think it will have proper strips or any change to the gameplay.
Hopefully when PES4 is released it will be like this from the start.

I've got the Korean version of this and the only "mutli-national" language supported is English.
It's pretty much Pro Evo 3 for the Korean/Japanese market.
