conflict desert storm 2 supports this, i listened to jay-z before deciding it wasn't fitting enough for a warzone
Go into sound options then configure custom soundtracks.
As far as a I know you can only get them on Midtown Madness and maybe Conflict Desert Storm.
If you haven't got Live though you'll want to ignore the feature on Midtown Madness as there's a bug that keeps replaying the same tracks over and over and it can't be fixed without the patch.

Only some games support it.
And it sucks anyway.
it takes about 5 years to copy over, and then you have to turn it off for a game anyway.....
