They say on this site that if you write a really good game review you can win a free game , now I want to know is that true ? And has anyone really won a game before ?

There was a guy from America used this site a while ago, Drunk Cow was his name, and he won a few games. So I don't see there being any problems.

I haven't seen Drunky in months though, is he still here, under a new name or something?

I have PAL console , but in the rules it says that there are no gifts for overseas .

No, but it helps, as if you decide to go for a PS2 game it'll be the PAL version. If you don't have a PAL console just choose a PC game instead.

Oh, and you can also win by making up a walkthrough for a game. I've only ever done 1 walkthrough, never again, takes me absolutely ages.

Just click on the 'Stats' button under peoples' usernames and you can see who's won what.

I was like yourself though when I first joined this site, it does seem too good to be true at first, but after a while, and a lot of practise at writting reviews, you'll soon see it's actually very legit.

But do be patient and practise at your reviews, it took me over 100 days to win my first GAD, (gameaday). And please don't copy them from another site or a magazine because SR will always find out, and people won't like you.
