i am at the point where i have to turn on the elevator. i have killed everybody and there is not a sole around. i have been to the elevator and it says it will not work yet because i have to turn on the power. i have to go to the basement in the west wing and turn on the power where in the hell is the basement that i need to find. i have been walking around for hours now and i still cannot fint the damn basement. i feel that i am close because when i am right in the middle of the room i can stand right above it because i am standing on the blue arrow, but i cannot seem to find the damn basement. so if someone could help me i would appreciate it thanks
I bloody tells shows you where the circuit breaker is, if you missed the basement then you haven't killed everybody as there are like 6 hunters waiting for you down there.

The reason why the dot says your at the power supply switch when your obviously not is because its directly below you.
Look for the path that goes underground, then go across the bridge and to the end. Then turn right, walk forwards a little bit and then you should come across the power supply unit.
