Over the last month or two new releases have been in there small numbers for the PS1, which is understandable as with the PS2 to develop for and X-box, GC, etc... But the Playstation has a massive user base, and must be one of the most owned consoles at this moment in time, also the PS2 can play these so the user base increases even more, so you would have thought that Developers would make some good quality games.
Yes there are a few on the horizon but the ones at the minute are quite, well, rubbish, and it seems that the developers are just cashing in, releasing low quality games knowing that they will probally sell as there are no good ones.
So does this mean that all that is left of the Playstation is just the odd good game, is it nearly the end?
I will be buying Syphon Filter 3 though - the first 2 games were immensely enjoyable.
Learn to program first and then bring it to a games company.
Then you'll be able to make sure they do a decent job.
Hey, I got an idea. Do you think if we came up with a game, posted all the details ect, could we pass it on to a publisher? And would they publish it?
