Not too much to say, apart from that I saw an advert in beautiful Aus which featured the song "You Get What You Give" by the New Radicals. And if you haven't heard it then please do.
Oh and I saw Moulin Rouge weeks and weeks ago too - it's really freaky stuff. Kinda romantic style France and love-revolutionary stuff with lots and lots of colour and incredible voices from the 2 leads (Ewan and that bird)
Just like a lot of musicals, there is one main part of musical score which travels throughout and interconnects the whole thing. And this one has your song by Elton John doing the job. Quite funny and good.
My only worry for people wanting to see it is that you can't really sit there without your bloke/bird. I would highly recommend having your lover in attendance (especially if you're a bloke) because it's all a bit lovey and gets mushy a lot.
The funniest bit has to be the Argentinian actor who has soem disease which makes him pass out at random times - causing the collapse of a ceiling at one stage. Heh!
I met one of the people who was working on set design actually - quite a good bit of luck - and apparently it took bloody ages. And you can tell when you see it, because it really does blow your mind.
The same person worked on that other aussie film, The Matrix. So I was quite excited about talking to her. Can't remember her name though, but trust me ok.
In case any of you feel the need to scoff at how late we were in getting the film, then be assured that our films take just as long in the other direction. Bridget Jones's Diary came out a couple of weeks ago, and I hadn't seen it before so that was quite handy.
Oh and you know the mentalist Steve Irwin? Crocodile Hunter. Well I went to his zoo (Australia Zoo) but unfortunately missed the man himself as he was building some brand new enclosure. Great place though.
Oh and Crocodile Dundee in LA (Which I think is out here now) is one of those films you should avoid until video release. It's funny in a couple of bits, but nothing to shout about.
Bye!
