I just downloaded steam and i have chucked my bookelet away. i have tryed downloading loads of K/g (key generators) but they are poo. Please all i need it quickly so i can play on steam would be much aprecited.

Forget it mate.

You have no other choice other then going out and purchasing half life/counter strike. Steam won't accepted genned keys.

You have got rid of your booklet that you got with your downloaded steam? How did they fit all that paper down a phone line?

Heh...my Counter-Strike key was on the box so you could find one that's the same and write it down.

I used a pre-historic, first generation release of Half Life and that worked.

Said copy is now stashed away, never to be used again.

Seriously, if you can't buy one and return it, just go and buy one. Surely you can get a cheapo copy for next to nothing.

Or you could wait for Condition Zero.
