Gong Hey Fat Choy! Happy Chinese New Year guys. It's the year of the tiger!

Are you all wearing something new and red today? How about giving red packets of money to all the kids? No? Well I hope you're at least having Chinese food for dinner.

It's weird that it's fallen on valentines day, it's my brothers fiancees birthday tomorrow and the day after is pancake day. So lots of stuffing our faces for the next couple of days I think.

Not the wisest of ideas. Besides, i can barely understand what she is saying and she can't understand what i say. I get round this by piecing together words from a conversation and then give a response based on that.

Went over and there was a vegitarian meal preped up. Went to say hello to the other relatives to catch up on news and seek each others council.

No money. Its also my year. The year of the tiger and looking at the fortune calender seems to provide a pretty meh fortune. But then, for the last few years the tigers fortune generally goes: "Thought last year was tough? This year is going to be tougher."

A key point it likes to make is that Love and business opportunities are tough to come by.

That would be REALLY creepy if some guy on the street just randomly handed out "red packets" to the wee yobs.
